Calahan: an internet based incident management system for the Port of Antwerp

Calahan is a collaboration project between global industry players such as ATPC, BASF, Solvay, Total, Vopak and civil aid services, authorities, FPC and SCE in the 2nd largest petrochemical cluster in the world.
Using NoKeos incident manager, a central software system that was built for government and industry to manage all hazard incidents through pre-engineered scenarios. NoKeos IM provides all parties with a common framework for crisis management and a common operational picture at all times.
